Brief
Client wanted to offer a £5 to £100 incentive to consumers purchasing from a specific range of 3M Post-it and Scotch tape. The client provided QCS a list of qualifying customers who were then sent their prepaid gift card.
Objectives
To reward £5 to £100 to frequent purchasers of 3M Post-it notes and Scotch tape products and make use of the TV sponsorship of The Apprentice.
Delivery
The card was given to consumers in the UK. Consumers simply presented the card to any outlet that accepted Maestro and it was processed in the same way as any credit/debit card. QCS could identify who used the cards, and we offered 24/7 phone and web support for any customer queries or lost or stolen cards.
Results
The promotion ran for 3 months across the UK and the cards were valid for one year. The redemptions were significantly higher than previous 3M campaigns.
